The community of Leesburg, Georgia, is mourning the sudden and tragic loss of Robert Knight, 18, a devoted son, caring friend, and Lee County High School student whose life was cut short in a vehicle collision on Wednesday evening, June 3, 2026.
According to authorities, the fatal crash occurred around 7:50 p.m. at the intersection of Georgia Highway 32 and Callis Road in Terrell County, involving two vehicles. Emergency responders arrived promptly, but tragically, Robert Knight did not survive the incident.
